SUBJ: Appointment o Regular Status — Dispatcher Paui Dier
Paui Dier has almost completed his one year probationary period for the position of Dispatcher.
Throughout his probationary period, Dispatcher Dier has performed his assigned job duties as
required. He has become an integral part of the dispatching team. He is an asset, and valued
employee, of this department.
it is without reservation that I recommend Paul Dier be appointed to "regular status" in accordance
with the city's personnel policy and the dispatcher's bargaining unit contract. This change should
become effective 9/15/98.
