The installation of the concrete sidewalk was as directed by planning staff after the project was bid. The sidewalk location is perpendicular to, and connecting East Point Dougias Fioad to the Strip Mall directly adjacent to the Hampton Bank Location. The cost for the instailation of the sidewalk also includes all grading and excavation that was completed to improve site distance.
