Kip and linnea Sundgaard, who reside in this home, have given their consent to have their property listed on the City's Register of Historic Sites and Landmarks. Background The Preservation Planning Report prepared by Robert Vogel was presented to you and the public hearing conceming this matter was held on November 18. At that time, it was thought the Minnesota Hisforical Society's comments would have been received and finai adoptio of a resolution would be on December 2. Discussion Comments from the Minnesota Historical Society have not yet been received and therefore cannot be included in the Preservation Planning Report. Staff prefers to have all the information availabie at the time the Report is accepted and before final adoption of the resolution. lRecommendation Defer action until the December 16, 1998, City Council meeting because comments from the Minnesota Historicai Society have not yet been received and therefore have not been incorporated into the Preservatian Planning Report.
