We undcrstand the scope of the work is as ful{owe: o Repiacement of Studio Ice Rink Floor — Includes the partial demolition of khe existing ice floor and the construction of a new sand surface, direct reFrigtrated rink floor at the same loeation. o Repiacament of existing freon pumper timer controls wiih ncw float controls. This work was originally bid as Alternste No. 3, but will now bc included in the Lump Sum Base Bid. o Provide neaded impravements and repairs to various refrigeratioa system eomponents. This work was originally bid as Altemato No. 4, but will now be included in the Lump Sum Base Bid. ❑ F�epiacement of She existing evagosativt condenser +vith a ntw laager sasiit. This work was not includod in the pxevious desi,gn. o The work prcviousiy included in Aitarnatc Bids 1 and 2(compressor repairs and ventilation improvements) has been completed and will therefore not bc ro-bid. Our proposed compensation for the neeessazy design eevisions, preparution of construction documents, and bidding services is $1,900.00, which includes onc trip to the site to meot with Staff and to t:ilce field measurements retated to the condenser reptacement. Services during construction woutd be provided on an hourly basis and ate estimated at approximately $3,500.00.
