1.CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, held a
special meeting on November 19, 2025, at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine
Parkway.Mayor Bailey called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bailey-Here; Council Member Garza- Here; Council Member Olsen-Here; Council Member Clausen-Here; Councilmember Thiede – arrived at 5:48 PM.
Others Present: Jennifer Levitt, City Administrator; Kori Land, City Attorney-LeVander, Gillen & Miller, PA; Emily Schmitz, Communications Director; Brenda Malinowski, Finance Director;
Shane Rudlang, Ehlers
2.Agenda
Closed Meeting – Discuss Public Infrastructure
Mayor Bailey asked for a motion to close the meeting pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05 subd. 3(c) to discuss developing an offer for the purchase of real property located at 6940 Keats
Avenue South and 9912 70th Street South.
Motion by Council Member Olsen, seconded by Council Member Garza, to close the meeting at 5:47p.m. Motion approved.
Motion by Council Member Olsen and seconded by Council Member Thiede to open the meeting at 6:38 p.m. Motion approved.
