A.St. Paul Park PD integrated training agreement with CGPD-Chief Brad Petersen
Recommendation: Discuss possible amendment to the JPA and CGPD incorporating St.
Paul Park PD into their training.
B.HERO 2027 Budget Proposal
Recommendation: Preliminary review of 2027 Budget and provide direction regarding
2027 Budget.
C.2027-2031 HERO FEE Schedule
Recommendation: Discuss HERO Center fee schedule and approve 2027-2031 rates.
D. Owner Agency Community Engagement HERO Reservations -Cmdr. Tom Ehrenberg
Recommendation: Discuss owner agencies cancellation of community engagement events
separate from agency training cancellation.
E. ESi water intrusion report for HERO Center
Recommendation: Discuss the report’s findings and recommend steps forward to address
the water issues.
